As a feedback facilitator, N Quentin Woolf’s expertise is in creating constructive frameworks within which groups and individuals can develop, exchange and explore ideas.

With business experience in both PR and headhunting (in both of which interpersonal skills are key), NQW started to specialise in critical feedback facilitation in 2007. So far, he has gained more than 1500 hours’ experience working with groups and individuals, helping them to find new ways to talk about issues that might be sensitive or contentious. During this time, his focus has been on refining structured group interactions whilst fostering a natural flow of ideas, and especially on creating ‘safe’ environments within which difficult discussions can produce positive results. His work, anchored in the arts sector, has led to the founding of two well-known writers’ critique groups in Brick Lane, London, and further groups on Strand, the South Bank, and West London. NQW presents a weekly London radio show, talking with people from many different spheres about their views and experiences.

NQW is also an internationally published fiction writer; his debut novel The Death of the Poet is tabled for publication in 2014.

Whether you are looking for feedback for your work (either as part of a group, online, or one-to-one), want to see how well-managed feedback practice can improve your area of work or practise communication, or are thinking of starting a feedback group of your own, you’ll find the solution above. Tailored packages can be arranged by request.

NQW is also available to offer one-to-one feedback on individual pieces of writing.
